If you are running your own DNS on BIND 9 you can uses views so that your
internal IP's get one view and everyone else gets another view of your DNS.

You need to set-up an internal DNS server that uses local addresses instead
of your external address for your domain name and set all you workstations
to use the internal DNS, or alternatively (more manageable) setup a second
internet connection and route your workstations through that instead of
using the same connection your mail server uses.
