Hello, We've been having a couple of minor problems with the QueueManager 8.01. Today when I spoke to Ipswitch's support dept. about installing the 8.03 update they gave me the login to download the 8.03 full registered version. They said that installing the full version of 8.03 was preferred to using the updater.
However, I don't know if I'm supposed to install the full version of 8.03 over top of 8.01...? I mean, do I simply stop all the services and run the 8.03 installer? (I've got backups, but I'd prefer not to have to use them today.) Your advice is appreciated.
