I have done this several times now. Your list is very safe and I would not want to cut any corners. Make sure you are running the EXACT same version of Imail on both servers. I would also contact Ipswitch and get the full install of 8.03 and save some work of the patches. And lastly, do a "therapeutic" reboot after you are all done, even though you may not be told to do so by the installer.
