[IMail Forum] Alot of 10054 send errors & undeliverable mail

We have had alot of users complain about undeliverable mail notifications for peopel that they regularly send email to.   The log file shows many 10054 errors.   I think my ISP may be having DNS issues.   Would the above be indicative of DNS issues ?   TIA   Jeff
