Performance and stability have been great. My answer to the other questions is that for some sites, it's the *only* solution, so money is no object; for other sites, it's such a mind-blowing improvement over non-shareable PSTs that the budget will easily flex; and for yet other situations, such as those in which users have direct experience of Exchange and the purchasing clout to match, it's not going to suffice.
