Hi, I have just put a new box live and need to hike the max number of concurrent users as high as I can. The problem is when I put it much above 600 the iwebmsg service freezes and you see a service control Manager error in the error log saying words to the effect "the iwebmsg service has not received anything for 3000 milliseconds and is timing out". Sorry have not go access to the box at the moment to get the exact message - has any one come across this before?
