Unfortunately Gerald, this is an Exchange server, not IMail. I needed to pick some brains that are smarter than mine on this and I know that there's a vast wealth of knowledge on this list.
My user can send and receive emails fine to many locations but there are a number of clients that he gets "undeliverable" from with the "550 Invalid domain" error. The boss is sweatin me on this but I can't see anything wrong with my servers.
