Is the IP for the machine a dynamically assigned IP that remains static?  If
so, you may have a problem with this also.

I'm starting to run into issues with some customers that have a static
address by virtue of the ISP using reservations, but in reality the address
is dynamically assigned.  Earthlink/Mindspring blocks mail servers on these
types of connections.
