What causes this line to appear in the syslog?
12:19 04:32 SMTP-(00000000) Info - Queue manager starting Queue run 5
That means that IMail is starting a "queue run". The queue run is done periodically (usually every 30 minutes), to re-try delivery of E-mails that failed on the first attempt.
