All,

After having used this list for my own purposes the last several months, I
have decided to make my own url-domain-bl.txt list available to anyone else
who wishes to use it. I first started off using the "official" one from
IPswitch, but decided to stop using it after the first update, as there were
far too many false positives on their list (like covad.com).

The below list is made up of domains that I have culled BY HAND from over
six months worth of spams that made their way through our own anti-spam
filters. There are 1,870 domains currently listed, and the list is current
as of this week. I update the list every day, but am not sure how often I
will upload updates to the website. Using this list alone stops about 80-100
spams a day from making it to our user's inboxes, and we only have a volume
of about 2,000 incoming messages each day.

I have verified each of these domains BY HAND, so they are pretty accurate.
Many of them are repeat offenders. We use this list in our own production
environment, and have never had any problems. I am pretty conservative by
nature, so unless it meets my own criteria, the domain won't get listed.
I've included a list of criteria on the following page. I hope that this is
of use to some of you. Feel free to drop me a line at the below address if
you have any questions. Your comments would be appreciated.
