Hello All,

I've got a client on my IMail server that is having problems receiving
emails from one of their customers. At one time I was using a kill.lst on
the domain, and the client was listed but I've since removed the client and
completely disabled the list. The return message shows a "501 unacceptable
address" for my client which is what I would see if the sender was listed in
the kill file. I've double checked that the senders email host is NOT listed
in the kill file and that the kill file is not active. I don't understand
why my client is still having these problems, and it's only from the one
customer.

One thing I did notice is that the return email is prefaced with the
following:

This is the mail delivery agent at messagelabs.com.
I was not able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Connected to 208.255.176.2 but sender was rejected. Remote host said: 501
unacceptable mail address

I don't use messagelabs.com at all but my client's customer does. I checked
the logs and couldn't find much. For example, the only record I found of the
sender's address was in the "undeliverable" notification. I didn't see a
MAIL FROM record. Here's the actual return message I got:
