You were right. I found the record. I was looking at a kill.lst file that I
had installed to the virtual host directory instead of looking in the SMTP
settings.
Duh!!!

There definitely is something blocking "mail.med.upenn.edu" on that server
-- other domains (med.upenn.edu, etc.) do not get blocked.  But
mail.med.upenn.edu does.

What I would try doing here is stopping all IMail services that are
currently running, and restarting them.

Are you sure that it is the Kill List (in the SMTP settings in IMail
Administrator) that you are looking at?
