Is this an automated process?  If so, care to share the details?  Sounds
like something I'd be interested in implementing.

I know I am not qualified to know hat is a flase positive for my users.

can make a best guess. but some things I think are spam they say are
good
emails.

So how do you know you are forwarding all false positives???

I no longer go through the spam folder. I have a process send my users a
summary email of their previous days messages that are in the spam hold
folder (declude) and they have the option to recover the messages them.
