OK, I've looked in the archives, read the posts and created some rules for inbound messages.
This is one of the many problems with trying to use filters for something they were not designed for. :)
The following rules are in effect:
B~begin 6...
These rules appear to not be working at all and are letting the messages with attachments get right tru.
That is correct. The filters are doing exactly what the were written to do, and will block many of the attachments that they were designed to block. The problem is that they only were designed to block uuencoded attachments, not base64, quoted-printable, TNEF or BinHex attachments. Note that the filters you show won't even catch all uuencoded attachments, but it will at least catch many of them.
