Try using the ROUTE command in Windows to set up the deafult route for outbound connections.

It appears to use the primary IP Address on the server most of the time, but not 100%. It acts like it uses the 2nd and/or 3rd IP Address on the NIC when under heavy load or something. And this breaks the Reverse DNS, Host Name, IP Address relationship for the SMTP Server. I don't see any place to restrict the IP Address used, except on the first tab and that is apparently for which IP Address/Addresses that it listens on, not for outbound. Does anyone know of a way to force the MS SMTP Service to bind to one, and only one, IP Address for outbound messages?
