Thanks Andrey.  I don't claim to be familiar with the ROUTE command, but it
seems to just effect the routing tables used for routing requests to
specific hosts.  I don't understand how this would have any impact on the IP
Address that the MS SMTP Service uses for outbound deliveries, which is what
I'm trying to accomplish.  Am I miss-reading this?
