The IMail rules cheatsheet can be found at

As for mxGuard, the results of our spam checks are added to the messages
headers. The user/admin must configure IMail rules to benefit. As Marc
said, we will be releasing a new version soon that includes subject
modification for folks that want to use it instead of the header checks.

mxGuard was written from an ISP point of view (mine) and will NOT delete
messages automatically merely because they look like spam. We believe
deleteing messages should only be done by the user or with their consent.
You can however, using a simple IMail rule, move these messages to a spam
folder for their review or you can simply delete them. It's up to you.

Virus scanning is included in the current version and the admin has the
option to configure it to quarantine or delete.

Please contact me offlist or see http://www.mxguard.com/postmaster for more
information.

mxGuard filters email based on blacklists and other criteria, and adding
informatoin to the message header. The latest version also has virus
protection capabilities. I doubt it has, or will have, the functionality to
do what you want -- that's not what it was meant to do, afaik. It simply
does header (and soon, subject) modification, which then allows you to set
up filters based on those modifications. It does not handle "blocking",
moving mail to specific folders, or deleting mail. David Gregg, certainly
correct me if I'm wrong!

Thanks Scott, not what I wanted to hear. Wonder if mxGuard will do it? I
will contact them.

That will block any E-mail with "hi" in this subject, including "This is a
subject".

Correct.

This is just an inherent flaw with filters. They are designed to detect
strings of characters, but you are looking for one that understands
language (specifically where one word ends and another begins). That goes
beyond the scope of standard filtering. I'm not aware of any tools for
IMail that would let you accomplish that.
