I have seen "unable to delete from web-messaging" issues which were related to corrupted mailboxes. You can search thru the archives for "corrupt mailbox" for the steps to try to fix the mailbox and see if this is the issue.

Different but the same huh? Well, to make a long story short, services were reset on the server followed up by a reboot which corrected the problem, if I got the information correctly by our mail vendor. Don't know if it will work for you but figured I would put it out there for you. We've been getting reports of students who are unable to do this so I'm testing it. The problem appears to be isolated to just dialup users. We are telling the students to use Dr. TCP, to improve their connection. So, I'm on dialup with at connection speed of 50.6K. Using IE6, security set to medium. The imail server is 8.05, using the default templates and database. This is what happens. Go to main mailbox, put a check box in one message and click the delete button at the bottom of the screen. IE's little flag waves for about 10 seconds, I can see the connection status sending data for about 3 seconds, a blue bar runs across the status bar, the connection status blinks again for a second and that's all. If I open the message and try to delete the same happens, as well as for reply, reply all, and forward. The compose button works. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to make this work?
