I'm trying to use these free programs and when I try to run them, they just get stuck in a little dialog box that says "loading data..."
Does anyone have any ideas as to why I might be having this problem? The only thing I haven't actually tried yet (that I know to try) is rebooting the server, which I can't really do during the day when everybody is using it.
