i had and have (with the version downloaded today) the same problem as Scott, stuck in the "loading data" dialog box!
what to do?

I have a new version of the URL blacklist manager and the phrase list manager online if you want to check 'em out. I'm pretty sure I have the issue straightened out that kept them from firing up for you. They're at http://www.turner3d.net/UBMSetup.exe and http://www.turner3d.net/PLMSetup.exe
