I can't do that with Sprint as they have told me that they don't change the reverses for static IP's.
Then you can't send to rr.com.

I am trying to figure out where in iMail this can be changed to avoid the dreadful 550 error.
Nothing can be changed in IMail. rr.com doesn't want all the legitimate mail that is sent to them. They are willing to intentionally block non-spam in order to block more spam. You can use a HOSTS file entry to re-route rr.com E-mail to your Internet provider's mailserver (if they have one). Or you can tell the rr.com users that rr.com is blocking their legitimate E-mail, and give them the URL to a good Internet provider in their area.
