Accourding to the technical guidelines you are in compliance. They may have
you tagged as a Dynamic IP due to the ip address in the reverse entry.

I am seeing this more and more. We hold email with ip address in the reverse
entry. Our mail server gets about 2800 emails a day we hold about 300 due to
reverse blocks and our users only recover on average 0-1 per day that fail
our RDNS filter.
