Haha, certainly does!  We'll see what happens on Monday, and that is good idea to 
start adding the rules slowly to see what happens.  We are using blacklists, so that 
might be a start.  Thanks for the input!

lol, sucks doesn't it.
Give some specifics about your system.
Equipment, additional systems running on the machine
Email load, #users supported, what antispam filters are you using?
I believe you said all was fine until you added Imail antispam filtering.
If there was no problem before adding imail antispam and it goes away after
removing imail antispam then focus on the obvious.  What is happening to the
system when using imail antispam.  Cpu usage changes.  Memory leaks?  Add
two filters at a time and run for a week until you find the problem filter.
Try to find which one is causing the problem.  Again we are not using the
dnsbl filter so our Imail does not have to look outside our server for
anything as it delivers local and sends to an upstream email gateway running
on the same server.
