No mail relay won't let anybody relay by IP, that's all.

OR syntax is the same as IR syntax. Searching for outbound messages
that do not contain the name of the webmail x-mailer (which differs by
version) is one idea. Add to that a Received: header double-check and
you should be fine with deleting matching messages immediately.
