I've extracted the exchange below from our Imail logs showing a 554
rejection I believe is from the remote mail server.

It is.

Our Imail server is behind a Raptor firewall which redirects the public IP
(209.177.135.101) for horizonint.com to the internal machine. If I read the
log correctly, the IP address being used for horizonint.com is our internal
address, not the public one.

Don't worry about that -- that's just the IP that IMail is using. Raptor changes it automatically to the public IP.

Is this my problem? Have I got something misconfigured?

It's not your problem:

03:02 10:10 SMTP-(05640961) >MAIL FROM:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
03:02 10:10 SMTP-(05640961) 554 Mail from [EMAIL PROTECTED]
rejected for policy reasons.

They are saying "We do not want mail from [EMAIL PROTECTED], but won't tell you why." The only way to find out for certain why they are blocking your E-mail is to contact them directly.
