I just thought since there is a program that you can set to clean up the
mailbox for a set number of days.. One can use a program to do the same..

I know this virus is sitting in several mailboxes and we keep being asked..
Since we know what the thing looks like it would be good to be able to
identify it and delete it using a batch file.

You don't think so.. So I take your word for it... Then we don't need it :)

Not  with  IMail,  but any application that can read MIME in MBX files could
do  so;  try  Mailbag  Assistant  or dtSearch for two examples.
Excising the files and reassembling the MBX is another matter.
