[IMail Forum] bayesian filtering

Hello,   This is slightly off topic, but I figured someone on this list might be able to help me.   I have a project where many hundreds of emails come into an email address and currently they have to be sorted into folders for different actions by a human.  Using Outlook Express, the person who receives those emails have added a few mail rules that do some of the easiest sorting automatically.  However, the limitations of these rules make it so that a lot of the sorting still has to be done automatically.   I know that Bayesian filtering would allow for a program to "learn" which emails belonged in which folders, and after some training it would be able to do the sorting without any human interaction.   Are there any tools out there that would help me to incorporate Bayesian filtering for this problem.  It isn't a spam thing so I don't know if Spam-based Bayesian tools would help me or not.  I guess I would need a tool that starts with a blank slate (i.e. is not designed to work spefically against spam) and can then learn to sort each incoming mail to multiple folders or categories.  If it could integrate into Outlook Express that would be great but I'm willing to use another client if necessary.  It does have to run on Windows though.   Thanks for the help,   Justin Kohlhepp
