I was told by a tech at Ipswitch that Symantec had to release a new engine for CarrierScan. Is that what you mean? Where might I get the update?
Ah, that's IMail AntiVirus, which is a separate product (Symantec just writes the engine for it). AFAIK, Symantec has had support to block encrypted .ZIP files in their NAVIEG product for quite some time, but does not in their OEM versions (such as IMail AntiVirus). Unless a new version is out already, or someone else on the list has details that aren't public yet, you would need to get any information from Ipswitch.
