Hi,
I’m new to using the list and I have a problem. It seems that several domain names that I am hosting on my IMail server are having a problem sending to @rcn.com accounts and only @rcn.com accounts . I contacted RCN and spoke with the dialup tech support and they entered a trouble ticket for the problem. I have attached the response received from RCN tech support. It looks like they are querying my DNS server and getting the correct information, then the end of the message says "can't find Domain: no answer". I am not familiar with DiG so I don't know what it is doing during each step, I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this? Or has anyone else had a similar problem, and if so, what was done to resolve it?
Any help would be much appreciated.
