IMail has only two roles related to Lists: "List Admin" - Can create/manage/delete all lists for the domain. "List Owner" - Can manage only the lists that were created for him/her by the list admin.
If you want to give a user the ability to be a list admin with all privs - but only for hi own lists, you can create a virtual host like 'someuser.yourdomain.com', create a user for this new host and grant him "list admin" privs. Not exactly what you are desiring, but a workable solution :) Regards, David Gregg dgSoft Internet Services +1.949.584-1514 --- mxGuard for IMail Server based spam and virus protection for under $100 Request a free trial at http://www.mxGuard.com --- ----- Original Message ----- From: "Amira Kamel" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, March 10, 2004 6:18 AM Subject: RE: [IMail Forum] Mail lists > I tried this but David this makes the user administrate all the lists on the > server (lists he owns or doesn't own) which is undesirable effect.
