Our COO has an AOL account and had a similar issue. His email was
considered SPAM since there was no PTR record for his IP address, I was told
by a techie on the AOL support staff. We're using NAT through a
Checkpoint firewall and all of our mail is perceived as coming from the same
IP Address, our firewall's. I inserted an A and PTR record for that IP
address and the problem resolved...
