We don't have any problem with any other domain but Earthlink. I send an email to <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>[EMAIL PROTECTED] and it bounces back with 550. So I went to Earthlink's site and sent them the server log file and here is what they say:
If you are using your own SMTP server, then it must be misconfigured. It should deliver to our MX record, as opposed to our A record.
That's the key -- IMail is trying to send to their A record, not MX record. Have you checked your IMail SMTP log file to see what IP IMail is sending to? Are you using more than 1 DNS server in the IMail SMTP settings?
