Hi,
We are running IMail 6.05. We got the
complaint that when the user logs on he could see total 249 mails in main, out
of which 32 were unread. But when he opened the main box he could not see
a single mail inside. According to the link
we deleted the main.uid file in the espective
user's folder.
When the user logged on again after this he could
get only 50 mails which were marked as unread.
What happened to the other mails which were marked
as read. And how come the message count became 50??
Any idea? or work around to get those
messages..
