We're running Declude now with F-Prot and we want to add McAfee as a second virus scan.
I've got the VirusScan Suite with the Enterprise version as well as the command line scanner.

Has anyone done this successfully?

I've turned off the real time scanning of the enterprise program and would integrate the
command line into the Declude config files, but how do I get automatic live updates
of the virus definition files if I'm using the command line scanner? From what I've read
(and I've download the software waiting a week for manuals) the definitions for the
command line scanner are in .DAT files. I've run the updater in the enterprise, go back
to the command line scanner folder and it still has the old .DAT files. Also I've looked
for the definition files for the enterprise but can't find them.

Anyone got an idea on this?

Also, is anyone using any other AV as well? I've looked at ClamAV (did I get that right?)
but it appears to be source only and not being a C programmer....

How much impact do you see running multiple AV? Big slow down?

Thanks

Chris
