There is no virus, nor a file attachment...that's the point. Unfortunately I don't have logs of the events. It's been awhile since I have disabled scanning and my event viewer deleted those entries.
I was browsing around the Symantec AV install on my server and noticed that there are a few .cfg files. One is the main config file, symscan.cfg, but there are others such as domains.cfg, sizes.cfgm subjects.cfg and filenames.cfg....can I use these files to exlclude domains or subject lines? Without a name of the virus, or log file entries, it is very difficult to guess what may have happened. I'm assuming it is a bug, since the virus name is blank.
