I'm curious why this is necessary.
On my IIS 5 I don't have any virtual SMTP server running (Default is stopped). The
IIS webs only talk to the IMail server, and it
the IMail server that talks to the rest of the world (and it has correct HELO) and
since the IIS servers are on the LAN they fall
into the 'treat as local' IP block.
