We're only a small shop with very few users compared to some of you out
there (maybe 25).  We receive probably 100-200 emails an hour (mostly spam).
We use IMAP and POP3 along with Webmail.  We don't use LDAP.  We don't use
an external database.

I have yet to experience a single problem with 8.1 HF1.  Actually in my
opinion my email server is now running better than it was with 8.05.  But
given the size of my operation here, this may not be consistent with a much
larger volume of users and messages.  But that's my 2 cents.
