Personally, I could care less who spam comes from. They're all the same scum in my book. The CAN-SPAM act is nothing more "lip service" from the politicians, and solves nothing, IMHO.
I'd rather see public executions of spammers. ;) I'm tired of seeing viagra, cialis, porn spam about some woman and "Pepe the wonder donkey" or "Let's have an affair" ads... It all needs to stop. Of course I'm in Belgium, I can't say it is the same in other EU countries... But I think it is the same in most of them.
