I'm having problems configuring rules in our Imail Server in order to avoid SPAM and virus. We set a rule that contains the following parameters in the subject:

(hello|hi|status|test|error) where "|" means and/or.

We send the messages that fulfill this rule to a mailbox call [EMAIL PROTECTED] . We think that everything was working fine but suddenly some users complain about not receiving some mails. We go to the mailbox [EMAIL PROTECTED] and surprisingly found a lot of mails that no fulfill that rule. In example one message that have the subject: "Re: archivo AR" was there. I don't know what are we doing wrong. That message subject don't have any of those words. We just want to avoid messages that have exactly that words (I mean just "hello" or "hi", not mixed with other words).

That's because the subject of "Re: archivo AR" contains "hi". That is one of the drawbacks of using filters.
