Thanks... studying cpu processes the NTDVM.exe and winmgmt.exe are the ones
taking most of the CPU load. 

Still doing a telnet takes more than 10 or 15 seconds.. and sometimes it
just hangs... I don't find what is going on. Everything started after
applying msft critical patches last april 14.

I am moving the Imail installation to a new box to see what happens.

I had the same issues yesterday.. But looks good right now.  Wonder if the
net was just over saturated with millions of windows computers updating.
