I just updated our server to 8.10/HF2 today.  IMAP reads and lookups are 
about the same, but deletes are much slower.  We mostly use Mozilla and 
Thunderbird, which are set to "delete messages to trash".  So internally 
with IMAP deleting a message is probably a two step process -- copy it 
to the trash folder, then delete it from the source folder.  Still, with 
8.05/HF2, this was a split-second operation.  With 8.10/HF2, it takes 
3-5 seconds.

We are NOT using LDAP.

We have a handful of IMAP users now, but have plans to move everyone
(~100 users) to IMAP eventually.  When will the IMAP slowdown be fixed?
