Did you read the link....it will not work for all outgoing messages.My reading of the information in the link was that it would append the text in the footer.txt file to ALL outgoing messages with the caveat that if the message format was HTML rather than text the footer.txt might not be seen at the recipients side.

We are considering purchase of IMail to replace out Eudora Worldmail, I have 2 questions.
1) Can the IMail server append a standard disclaimer to the
bottom of every outgoing mail whether sent via webmail or just from the users desktop Outlook Express to the effect that the mail has originated from our company @ our address and to stop any further mails click here.
This is within an acceptable parameter for me as making people send mail in text only mode is a business policy that can be enforced.
Is this not a correct interpretation?
