I had a similar problem with the Queue Manager after I upgraded to 8.11, I reinstalled 8.11 and it worked fine....Maybe you can try to reinstall!

My question is, has any one that has these same symptoms/problems/issues, upgraded whether it's on the same server or a new server to version 8.11? If so, has the problems gone away?
