Don,

Some suggestions:

1. An inbound rule that looks for to address of support and sends to
main (before any other inbound rules).
2. A new domain in IMail just for Support.

The first will not stop A/S checking, but will assure mail gets
delivered (will not affect A/S subject modification). The second can
be setup to not do A/S checking, but may require a new email address
(and MX records) for support (i.e.: [EMAIL PROTECTED]).

mailbox?

One domain, spam filtering only set to alter the subject with [Spam].

No forwarding to a spam box, users set up local rule to filter in
Outlook.

Are your anti spam setup on the server to forward to a mailbox? We use
filters to catch the X-Header options so we can be as granular as
possible for all our domains.
