I need to setup the following scenario: Block inbound email to 80% of my employees addresses, yet still let them send and receive email internally. These employees still need to be able to email the world....but I need to have their outside email all reflect the same address (customer service). We are doing this because we are having a really hard time policing abuse of email for personal reasons.
I'm wondering if I need two imail servers (internal and external) or if I can do it with rules. I tried creating a program alias to send all outbound emails to with a "does not contain" outbound rule....using "imail1.exe" but couldn't get it to work. (I was tried to pass the parameter to show it coming from our customer service account and not the actual user).
