Dear All,
I have 2 customers complained that when they logged to their mail
through the web interface they found that some messages are not exist, and
that the size of the mailboxes is uncorrect and unreasonable. The size seems
to be too huge to reach more than giga. Another point is that this size is
increasing constantly although there are no message arriving to the mail
box. The size of the main mailbox seems to be the problem, not all the
mailboxes. When I open the main mailbox the message total size seems to be
reasonable, but the total displayed in the main mailbox is not the summation
of the sizes of the messages exist in it. I thought about the java fuction
that calculates the summation of the mailboxes, but I tried other accounts
and they have no problem.
Any suggestions?
