Host file entry is the workaround short of getting the recipient to fix their mail implementation. If you look in the archives, 421 errors, RFC standards compliance by IMail, and bad MX practices by webtv were discussed within the past 2 or 3 weeks.

IPswitch says it should work this way so is the destination mail server setup at fault? The only way I can see to fix this would be a host file entry for the secondary mail server. The domain we are trying to send mail to is: business.queensu.ca I was wondering if anyone has ever come across a situation like this.
