I have one agent using webmail getting blank replies from someone using the
AT&T Message Center. Whenever [EMAIL PROTECTED] replies to a message from
Donna - the reply only seems to contain the original message. BUT when
Donna forwards the apparent blank reply to herself, what the other person
actually wrote is there. This is the one weird thing that I saw in the
message:
NextPart_Webmail_9m3u9jl4l_29513_1083960083_1--
Other replies from other e-mail clients can be viewed normally (even AOL).
Is this a setting on the AT&T client side? Is there anything I can do on my
side to have this message show up normally?
I'm using KWM 4.2 with Imail 8.05 and Declude JM/AV pro.
