Start a batch file like this at system start (using Task Scheduler):
net stop <non-IMail svc>
net stop <IMail svc>
netsh interface ip delete address "local" 10.10.10.2
net start <IMail svc>
netsh interface ip add address "local" 10.10.10.2 255.255.255.0
net start <non-IMail svc>
