Especially since they indicate they "verify" the accuracy. If that is the case how did snopes.com get on the list? Plus all the real opt-in newsletters that clearly have "real" unsubscribe links on them.

I don't see how you can expect "equal time" to apply to machine-generated lists of known spam sources. If spamtraps have representative samples, it's well-nigh impossible to do anything about that at the source.
